Agree it starts with deeply understanding the specific use case and problem to solve. Then evaluate if the AI tool has the right capabilities and performance for that need. Also consider factors like cost, integration with existing tools/workflows, vendor support, and privacy/security. Experimenting with a trial or POC can help validate fit before fully committing. What's worked well for others?

The criteria for selecting AI tools include ease of use, scalability, accuracy, integration capabilities, cost-effectiveness, and how well the tool addresses specific business needs or customer challenges. Data privacy and ethical considerations are also crucial factors.
The first thing is understanding the specific problem to solve. If the tool doesn't align with the need, the rest doesn't matter.
Customer support is a big deal. When issues arise, having a responsive team can make or break the experience.
Cost is always a factor, but its more about vallue. A pricier tool that delivers consistently is better than a cheap one that doesn't.
I'd add scalaility to the list. Some tools work well initially but can't handle growing demands.
