1. New fave is Tally.so (thanks @marie_martens)! You can build very sophisticated forms/workflows (and customize with css) to essentially develop a webapp for onboarding new users
2. Memberspace has been great for permissioning/paid memberships
3. Zapier as the backbone that brings it all together
