The last month I finished a book by Richard Branson: Losing My Virginity (autobiography)
It was quite thick but I would recommend reading it.
Anyway, if you do not have time for 600 pages, you can at least take with you these 5 pieces of advice:
1️⃣ Write things down to ensure you listen properly
2️⃣ Write up to 140 characters
3️⃣ Happy employees first!
4️⃣ Create small companies
5️⃣ Be transparent when things go wrong.
P.S.: Soon, there will be Christmas and some people consider a book a good gift. Do you have any book you would like to be given?

Thanks for sharing Nika! Richard Branson is inspiring. I often share his stories with my son. He has dyslexia, which my son also has. He often says he's successful because of his dyslexia - it helps him think differently from everyone else.

@emily_willis1 Hey, Emily, thank you so much for your contribution! :)) Good point! I see many people complaining about disadvantages but Richard took it from the other end – he took it like an advantage :) And that made him a successful young businessman at those times :)
I've always believed that consistent habits, no matter my wealth, shape long-term success.
