    Weekly time to spend in joint groups/ networks i.e. prayers, discussions, mental health check therepy etc. Staff really value the permission to switch off and tune out

    Anyone who quits ( smoking, drinking) will be rewarded with two month's salary! I've been doing this for around three years and it's quite effective.
