Remote Teams, how do you stay synchronized during your team meetings?

We use FigJam to brainstorm as a team. We all share our ideas there and then jam over a Zoom call. To ensure we don't go around in circles, we set a timer to add more ideas and review them within a time limit. Yeah and voting on FigJam also helps

We all work on Miro if the meeting requires simultaneous inputs.
