Quite a vast net you cast with this question - obviously, if I had the unlimited resources for a day - it'd be terrible if I didn't try to help get people out of poverty or strive to end world hunger in one way or another. These, among many other issues - are way more important than anything I could imagine for myself.

Everyone gets to go out and picnic for a day. Just out in the sun, by a beautiful spot, some good food, and the people they love. I think rest, relaxation, and purposeful breaks with your community are becoming a thing of the past and it's making a lot of people feel disconnected from our shared ecosystem.
