This is the question that can reveal a lot about your passion and values.

Speaking about me, I would choose one of the best movie production companies, e.g. 20th Century Fox because they worked on one of my favourite animated series + I love cinematography. :)

Anywhere where you grow enough, that you would be able to get blindly rehired at the same company just based on aquired skills. 🔄

@sentry_co The right answer was: where you grow enough, that you can leave and create another someone's dream company. :D
Still Disney, I still believe in magic, Google or apple
@busmark_w_nika do a startup I would say

@sietse_schelpe Disney was also my choice. But I am not sure whether I wanted to do "fairy tales" with happy ending for the whole time. I like also dramas, sci-fi or so.
Interesting question. Here are a few of my choices and the reasons behind:
1) Apple: Prestigious and innovative. Love their marketing works.
2) Google: The free value they have provided to the world is immense.
3) Marvel Studios: Came up with the greatest cinematic universe.
4) Nothing: Challenging the status quo by being underdogs and creative.
5) Tata Groups: Changed India's trajectory more than any other company.
6) Black Rock: For being the world's largest asset manager.
7) Pixar: Arguably, the best animation studio on earth.
PS. These are just a few I came without thinking much ;)

@senthil99nathan Pixar and Marvel – TOP (Even tho... Marvel is not doing a good job with their movie atm. The last Thor was unwatchable) :D
@busmark_w_nika , haha, true to some extent
1. ISRO
2. Tokyo Disneyland
3. Singapore Gardens by the Bay
Speech to Note
I'd work for a Sports team (football team preferrably) on any role in which I can contribute.
Be in Brand or Relations Management.
Sports is high on emotions and you see ups and downs every week in week out.

@abhishek_ux Oh, yes, finally someone who mentioned sports! :)

Didn't find my dream company yet, so started my own company, and I think I'll stay with that...

@konrad_sx How do you keep it profitable? Do you have a team or are you a solo?
If had to choose, i'd go for a leading tech innovator like SpaceX or Google because I'm passionate about technology, innovation, and shaping the future.

@terabitcoins I took a note from this quote! :)

For me, being part of a startup where we build and innovate products daily feels like living the dream. Coming from a niche leadership and technical hiring background, this opportunity allows me to use my experience to evaluate, learn, and grow alongside a talented team. Every day presents new challenges, and I love how it fuels both my professional development and my passion for tech innovation.
I would work for some small startup where I can have real impact on the product, where enviroment is usually more friendly, distanced and funny. In such small companies you can touch many aspects of the product yourself, see results of your work and get more experience.
I wouldn't choose those top ones like google, apple, meta, spacex etc. because they seem to be overrated, a lot of people are cocky, they are already poisoned by "corporate culture" which I do not like, and what is the most important you need to work on very narrowed area, so you can't learn as much as in a small company.
But that's just my opinion :)
If I had the ability to work for a company, I'd likely choose one focused on innovation, creativity, and making a positive impact, such as those involved in artificial intelligence, education, or healthcare. Companies like OpenAI, for their commitment to advancing technology for the betterment of society, or others like Tesla and SpaceX, which push the boundaries of sustainability and exploration, could also be exciting choices. How about you? Which company would you choose?
For me, the management is more important than the company. Working for someone with poor values or who you don't respect makes the job miserable. Working for someone ethical and admirable can make any job feel worthwhile.

@dan_gower nicely said :) Companies that show respect are the ones I would vote for :)
My own company. In my humble opinion, the problem with working for a company is that its focus will always be on itself; it will never prioritize our interests. Therefore, nothing is better than working for yourself and relying on a company only to finance your own projects.
