If you could create absolutely any product (software or gadget), what was it?

for example, I would make a voice assistant in the form of a chest badge, as in Star Trek. I would like such an assistant to remind you of essential things, prompt with a voice, and always be at hand. But I need some such a cunning way to "speak", so that only I could hear him :)
