How do you do to celebrate your weekly wins? When you have already tackled those one or two important items from your weekly list halfway through the week, what’s your go-to way to reward yourself?
For me, going for a small trek to one of the closest mountains, as well as treating myself with a nice coffee, and some reading time, are small rewards that I try to put into practise. Always, half way through the week to kind of anknowledge the progress, reconnect with myself and my purpose and keep up the motivation!
