  • I got my first user overnight, but they didn't make it past signing up. What should I do about it?

    Do I reach out to them directly and ask? Should I wait a bit and see if they use it after a few hours?

    There must be a way to contact your customer support. Add the phone number or the email address.

    Check your onboarding flow and see where it gets sticky. Make adjustments, A/B test it, then move fast.

    @dennisl_62 Thanks for the tip, I swapped over to using confirmation codes so that its the same browser window and our second user completed sign up so hopefully making it a bit easier helped. I ended up sending an email to the user but no response

    If they're your first customer - I'd reach out to them directly and let them know they are your priority. Be genuine and honest and try to win back the business.
