How to effectively relieve fatigue after work?
It seems that fatigue is relieved more effectively if you sleep after exercising, even briefly. What do you think? Is there a fatigue recovery method you can recommend?

Since sleep has already sounded like the best and most effective way. I'd recommend sports next, naturally. It's an energy boost for a few more hours. And you'll sleep better afterwards
