The most underrated task for anyone who wants to develop products that people love is talking to their users. Now the question: How often do you talk to your users? Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or never? Let me know :)

Engaging with users is pivotal for us, so we make it a point to have conversations at least once a week. This consistent feedback loop helps us stay aligned with their needs and expectations.

Everyday. We collect their previous feedback ( mainly through social media) to learn how to improve our product.

Engaging with users is a crucial part of my weekly routine; I make it a point to have conversations with them at least twice a week. These discussions are invaluable for gaining direct feedback and understanding their needs more deeply.

@ryan_motiff when you talk to your users, is it more exploratory or are you following a script to understand something specific?

It really depends on the project here. Systematically, twice a week I communicate with clients, on our reporting, making edits and tracking progress. Also every time there is a request from a client.

@max_yurevich_itmh very nice, I agree, it really depends on the project. How do you usually recruit your interviewees?

I'm counting social media as talking - but we're capturing feedback everyday! We put it into a big gallery on Notion (on our company internal landing page) - so you can't ignore it!
