What do you usually do on your spare time?
What if you have a day off?

I usually take some time and relax with my dog :)

2. Engage in physical activity, such as yoga or regular exercise.
3. Share and talk about my concerns with friends or a therapist for emotional support.
@sheri_gomez I do that pretty much too lol. And I personally recommend do message if you got one day lol.
