How do you use feedback from your community to improve?

Prioritize feedback based on frequency and align it with your product's long-term vision. Or other way around.

I made a Discord community for my anti-anxiety app and added a button to join in-app. It's been surprisingly popular and helps you keep a general pulse on what users are feeling towards the app - then you can collate the common problems being cited to help prioritise your product backlog.

I make sure I collect feedback from different contributors to make sure it is representative. Then there is only one way to find out: experimenting! As long as expectations are set, it can only go well

Engaging with community feedback is an excellent way to improve! I always recommend actively listening and looking for patterns in the suggestions or concerns people share.
