Regarding the arrangement, the priority depends entirely on what kind of situation you have at work. If a task's deadline is coming soon, it goes without saying that it should be given red priority over other tasks.

I believe the right what to answer this question is to build a system :

1/ What industry are you going after? 
2/ What do you wish to build? (SaaS, Ebooks...)
3/ What pain points you're focused on? 
4/ What's the persona that needs that resolution? 
5/ Start creating content to build an audience.

Once you did, you gained free leverage: Community. 
They'll be the first to try out your products, thus giving you the right feedback to decide whether or not you should continue.
