Do you mean content calendar for one's business which contains content across all channels?

@monalisa_sethi how do you plan content for multiple channels in advance so you dont have to sit down every single day staring at a blank screen & looking for an inspiration.
I mean, is there a playbook that you follow.
If you’re talking about tools, I like to use Notion and Zoho. About content, talking to the public and finding out what they are interested in, mainly how to make their lives easier

@rai_rezende I meant to ask - how do you plan content for multiple channels in advance so you don't have to sit down every single day staring at a blank screen & looking for an inspiration.

@ashitvora so that falls under my second answer. I like to talk to my public and understand their interests, their pains. I make short interviews with just some questions around these themes and then I keep the questions and everyone’s answers on notion. Everyday I check it out to decide the next content, its pretty quick. Plus, I like to screenshot the public’s comments around social media when they are in doubt about something or when they have opinions that diverge too much about the same thing and then I also put everything on notion. Its a stash for quick - but very useful - content!
I use Notion to plan my content calendar across all channels. It's a great tool for organizing ideas, setting deadlines, and collaborating with team members. Plus, you can easily view everything in a calendar format to get a high-level overview of your upcoming content. Highly recommend giving it a try!
I usually plan content 1-2 months in advance using a content calendar template in Airtable. Helps me map out blog posts, social media, newsletters etc. across channels. Recently started using Copy.ai to generate some content ideas and outlines to speed things up. Always refine the AI-generated stuff before publishing though.
Creating a content schedule definitely helps—I use Google Calendar to set up meetings and keep track of what I'm doing each day.

@tanya_desai1 Is there a playbook that you follow so you don't have to stare at a blank screen to brainstorm ideas to write about.
