Great question, Ashit! To get a true read on campaign success, I focus on metrics that tie directly to business objectives. Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) are big ones, as they show how effectively a campaign brings in valuable customers. Conversion rates and lead quality also reveal how well our messaging resonates with the target audience. Retention rate and customer feedback are equally important, as they reflect long-term satisfaction and loyalty beyond just the initial engagement. Lastly, return on investment (ROI) and revenue lift give a clear picture of whether the campaign actually moves the needle on the bottom line.

Hard to determine - retention rates ie customer churn is a place to start. Overall signups (depending on the model) - increased rev etc.

2. How are you personally determining a successful campaign?
