As a founder/co-founder of a startup, you juggle between many tasks throughout the day. How do you prioritise tasks to make mostbout of your day? What do you do yourself? What do you delegate? What do you automate? What do you ignore?

Do the most difficult and important things yourself, delegate the rest to the team. If it is a very simple and primitive job, then you can generally look for outsourcing.

Hey Ashit, great question! Time management as a founder is so important. I try to handle the things that only I can do as a co-founder, like marketing and doing outreach. Automation is a lifesaver for things like repetitive customer support questions we receive on our products' websites - we created our own AI live chat for that reason. And honestly, I’ve learned to ignore or say no to things/people that don’t align with our core goals - otherwise, it’s easy to get pulled in too many directions. What about you?

You got to do everything all at once, but we use the OKR-framework to stay top of mind with our goals, and that works super great. I highly recommend it.

@benjaminbekken totally agree with that, OKR framework has helped a lot in aligning the team, worked wonders for us.

@shawn_m1 Awesome, yes it takes a while to get used to, but when you get going i can't go back to any other goal-setting framework 😄
