About
Hi there! I'm Aliya. I’m passionate about creating software that makes a difference in daily life. Before tech, I spent over 10 years tutoring high school math. Now, I'm a co-founder at Nunuworks Inc, building tech startups with my husband. We recently launched HelperHat, an AI-powered live chat tool for small businesses and startups, offering affordable customer support. It’s ready to use and comes with a one-month free trial. I believe HelperHat can help small businesses manage customer interactions efficiently and cost-effectively. Outside of work, I enjoy gym, Pilates, yoga, and nature walks. I value kindness and honesty and love connecting with like-minded co-founders. Feel free to reach out for collaborations or a chat!

How do you manage your time as a founder/co-founder?
As a founder/co-founder of a startup, you juggle between many tasks throughout the day. How do you prioritise tasks to make mostbout of your day? What do you do yourself? What do you delegate? What do you automate? What do you ignore?
How do you plan to retain the users you’ve gained after the initial launch?
One thing I ve always found interesting especially with successful launches that make it to the top of the day or top3 of the day is how founders manage to keep the users they acquire after launching on Product Hunt. Even beyond those top launches, anyone who gains users from a launch faces the challenge of retention. Many users won t like the platform, some will decide they don t want to pay the price, and others will find a better competitor. I m really curious about the strategies you use post-launch to keep users engaged and prevent churn. From what I ve observed, there are usually two common approaches: 1. Do nothing and hope that paying users don t notice or care enough to cancel, so they keep subscribing. 2. Actively engage users by asking what they like or dislike, offering discounts, or providing extra perks to encourage them. What's your approach?
