1. Start your day with a 1-2 minute cold shower. 2. Hold off on coffee for 1-2 hours after waking up (unless you’re cool with an afternoon crash).

@tonyabracadabra Love these tips! The cold shower idea sounds refreshing and a(bit terrifying 😅), but holding off on coffee makes a lot of sense.

I try stay away from my screen first thing in the morning. Shower, breakfast (mainly protein), walk the dog, go to the gym.

@inid_leksina Starting the day with a mix of movement and protein sounds like a great way to to set the tone.

Hump day is the middle day of the workweek (Wednesday). To maintain energy, I usually take breaks to stretch, go for a quick walk outside, stay hydrated, and have energizing snacks on hand. A midday power nap can also do wonders if you're able to squeeze one in!

Launching soon!
Wednesday used to kill my vibe until I started doing 'walk and talk' meetings. Sometimes the simplest switches make the biggest difference.

@tjlarkin Walk and talk meeting sound like a perfect way to stay active and refreshed midweek.

I go to park for some walk and for some fresh air, avoid screen time

@shokat_ali4 Great way to Recharge!
Get outdoors for a walk with my dogs around lunchtime. And coffee...so much coffee ☕️☕️☕️

I mostly avoid greesy food and prefer to eat salad, grilled chicken

@tara_fitzgerald Healthy eating definitely makes a difference.
For me, Monday and Wednesday are the same until I hit Friday. I mix up my tasks to keep things interesting or treat myself to something small as a midweek reward. And of course, a bit of coffee doesn't hurt!

@mehvish_shafiq Mixing things up and treating yourself sounds like a great way to power through the week and yes, coffee is always a lifesaver!

I find that a midday walk, even if it's just around the block, can really help. Fresh air and a bit of sunlight make a huge difference. I also try to have a healthy snack, like some nuts or fruit, to give me a little boost. Staying hydrated is key too—sometimes that afternoon slump is just dehydration in disguise!
@wokukoki1971 Totally agree! A quick walk and some fresh air can work wonders and staying hydrated such a simple tip but so effective.

I always said "I'd finish this job early and got home to meet my cat." honestly, it can be anything you like aside from works. If you enjoy your works so much then you will found your way.

@nur_lita Haha, Love that!

Keeping energy levels up on hump day can be a challenge! One effective trick I use is playing upbeat music or ambient sounds to keep my mood and focus steady. If you're struggling with muffled sound from your phone speaker while playing your favorite tunes, you might want to try this phone Fix My Speaker to get it back in shape. Clear sound can make a big difference in boosting your energy!

@john_tyson17 Great tip! Upbeat music really does help boost energy.
