I disable email notifications on smartphone. Only open work emails via laptop. Smartphone is for personal life only.

Honestly, I don’t think anyone who figured it out would be here typing responses. They’re likely out there living their life at best while we’re stuck in the daily hustle! Just a thought!

Set clear boundaries and stick to them. Schedule personal time like you would work meetings. Learn to delegate and say no.

I make an effort to switch to personal activities during the work day, like exercising, reading a book, or taking a walk in the park. I also spend time with my family on weekends. Surprisingly, these moments often bring new insights and ideas.

I try to do something fun and social after work and perhaps more "me time" on weekends. It feels way better now than when I was juggling work and my master's, so no complaints here.

Here are some ways to balance work and personal life. Firstly, set clear boundaries. Define specific working hours and stick to them. For example, don't check work emails after a certain time. Secondly, prioritize tasks. Finish important work tasks during work hours efficiently so you can have more personal time. Also, make sure to schedule regular breaks and vacations for relaxation. And don't forget to engage in hobbies outside of work, which can relieve stress and bring joy.

I maintain balance by setting clear boundaries between work and personal time, focusing on priorities, and taking breaks to recharge. Staying organized and mindful helps ensure both areas get attention without overwhelming either one. :D

I try to compartmentalize work and personal stuff as much as possible. Like no work emails on my phone, and I actually use separate browsers for work and personal so I can close all the work tabs at the end of the day. Also blocking off time for exercise and family/friend commitments. It's a constant balancing act but having those boundaries helps a ton!

I try to separate my work and personal time as much as possible. During work hours I focus intensely on my tasks and avoid distractions. But outside of work, I unplug and devote my full attention to family, friends, hobbies, and relaxation. Setting clear boundaries and sticking to a routine helps me balance the two. I also find short breaks throughout the day help me recharge and stay productive.

I use time-blocking to manage both work and personal tasks.

As sad as this is, I have to put everything in my calendar. I have a full time job and a part time business I run. To balance it with work, I have to put fun weekends, in the calendar as well so I dont book myself. Google Calendar is my best friend!
