A diversity is based on a false belief. In other words based on fallacies. A spy made a strategy to keep a working staff stack. An organization can defraud monies from a massive fraud. A capital can finance an investigation and all can be accused of an organized crime due to a false vacancy, after the other. All DEI can be proven it. A confiscation from the organized crime is a cake, after all.

The biggest think is: who is in the room where it happens? We see daily that representation (while important) is not enough... the decision makers need to be reflective of the company's DEI objectives.

DEI is based on an organized crime only. Can a diversity replace a correct law?
