How are you planning to use Substack's Notes feature?

Substack has launched this feature called notes where you can share small posts and Substack amplifies (or so it seems) in its network. On the surface they look like Substack is building a social media platform, but then it also feels different than one of those. Has anyone used it? How was your experience? Were you able to get traction? How are you planning to use it in the future?
