Absolutely! AI can make meetings more productive. It handles scheduling, so you don’t play email tag. During meetings, AI takes notes and summarizes key points, freeing everyone to focus on discussion. Also, it can analyze meeting patterns to suggest better ways to achieve goals. Just give it a try!

Absolutely! AI can make meetings more productive. It helps with scheduling, so you’re not wasting time trying to find a good time for everyone. Also, AI can summarize meetings, which is great for reviewing key points later. And it can even suggest action items based on the conversation. Less time on admin stuff, more on what matters!

Yeah, I think AI can help. It’s great at handling scheduling and sending out reminders so no one forgets. During meetings, AI can take notes and even summarize key points afterward. This lets everyone focus more on discussion instead of writing stuff down. Just don’t rely on it too much – human interaction is still super important!

Yeah, AI can definitely help! It’s great for taking notes and sending out summaries so everyone’s on the same page. Also, it can schedule meetings, finding a time that fits everyone’s busy calendar. Just don’t rely on it too much—human touch is still important for brainstorming and decision-making.

It does! Before I keep writing down notes and trying to keep up with the discussion. Now I turn on my AI note taker, let it record the meeting, and 2 minutes after the meeting - I have a list of action items, summary of what was discussed, and key insights about what happened in the meeting. What tools are you guys using to 10x productivity?

I feel AI tools are useful but create dependency. If they fail things can get chaotic so balance is key.

I was skeptical at first but AI reduced my mental load. Automated summaries are useful if data is secure.

@bernice_ferguson at dicte.ai we place data privacy at its core. Here's a clear explanation of the privacy and security measures: Privacy and Security Overview Audio Recording and Storage Audio recordings are stored only on the device that created them - there is no centralized storage Audio processing and transcription occurs on our French servers (managed through Scaleway) Audio files are deleted from our servers immediately after processing Data Protection All transcriptions are anonymized before AI processing We remove sensitive information like names, places, phone numbers, and organizations Each meeting has its own unique anonymization table, stored separately in our managed database AI Model Usage Different AI models are used based on subscription level (Free, Plus, Business, Enterprise) All text is anonymized before AI processing For cloud-based AI models, we only use services hosted in the European Union Security Measures SSL encryption for all data transmission At-rest encryption for stored data User-generated content is never reused for other purposes Starting February 2025, end-to-end post-quantum encryption will be implemented, allowing only users to decrypt their own data Let's give a try

AI saved tie with note-taking but struggles with jargon. I often question where all the data goes.

@robbie_glenn Maybe you should try Dicte.ai if you want to protect your data. Here's a concise overview of our privacy and security measures: We keep your audio recordings only on your device, with no centralized storage. When processing audio into text, we use our secure French servers and delete the audio immediately after. Before any AI analysis, we thoroughly anonymize all sensitive information like names and contact details, with each meeting having its own protected anonymization key. Our AI processing varies by subscription level and only uses EU-hosted services. We protect your data with SSL encryption during transfer and at-rest encryption during storage. We never reuse your content, and from February 2025, we're implementing end-to-end post-quantum encryption so only you can decrypt your data. Dicte.ai is available on iOs and Android, and on windows / macOs (coming soon)
