Take my coffee strong.. add a little cocoa powder.. some frozen blueberries.. some days a scoop of protein.. Mmm mmm... #GoodLiving
@arnab_barua I've found there is a very fine pre-workout line between "just right" and "I think I'm having a heart attack" so now I just drink a cup of black coffee as fast as possible.
@dawn_veltri1 sometimes I make the mistake of having too much pre and finding myself doing pushups at the office to burn off the energy hahaha
I've found that practice makes perfect, even if by trial & error ;)
