Launching soon!
@abhishek_ux how do you manage your roadmap to make sure it keeps evolving?

Speech to Note
@elena_opreag 1. Pay attention user feedback in communities and via email.
2. Pay attention to usage metrics and where users are getting stuck in order to identify space of innovation/features
3. Conduct surveys
4. Do 1-1's with selected user groups.

Launching soon!
100% agree, efficient iteration based on user feedback makes a product active and win great potential
true... only if you can effort having an ever-evolving roadmap :) many teams couldn't make it till the end 😭
Speech to Note
@alanchristophx Indeed, it's a sad reality, But you learn, make a note and build another one with better ideas in place.

Yes very true
Speech to Note
Yes, evolving roadmaps are essential for crafting products that truly meet customer needs
Speech to Note
@idris_saidu absolutely
I noticed that adapting a roadmap is like fine-tuning a recipe it always makes the product better.
Speech to Note
@joseph_martin8 Well said 👏
During a side project I worked on, our roadmap felt like it was changing every week.
Speech to Note
@ijeoma_florence Can happen and can get super overwhelming. It's natural for a team to feel shaken up in the initial days while adopting a new structure. But it's important to address the gaps, strengths and make it more streamlined in the subsequent weeks.
Remember: Communication is the key.
I remember a time when I tried sticking to the plan no matter what it didn't work out.
Speech to Note
@john_davis28 Probably good for the initial launch but only if the initial launch is less than 3-4 weeks. Beyond that we should always build, take space, adapt and act.
When I worked on startup, our roadmap changed almost every quater.
Speech to Note
@thomas_turner4 That's completely fine. That's how startup works ;)
100%! By continuously refining the product based on real-world usage and insights, we can create something truly impactful!
Speech to Note
@zhaoz1203 Indeed. Well said.
In one of my past projects, sticking to a rigid roadmap backfired. The best results came when we adjusted it based on real feedback.
Speech to Note
@isah_abubakar2 Yass. Not listening to customers is like shooting yourself in your own head.
I've always found that the best roadmaps I've worked with had room for unexpected detours.
Speech to Note
@peyton_walsh Yess, enough space to adapt and act. Less of overwhelm
Absolutely! A well evolved roadmap ensures that products keep growing with user needs and market changes
Speech to Note
Exactly! As product needs change roadmaps that evolve ensure me stay connected to the core vision
Speech to Note
@sawyer_matthews Now that's a great point in here. Adapting is fine but it should not go beyond the Product Vision. True. VERY CRUCIAL POINT.
From personal experience, roadmaps should be flexible.
Speech to Note
@miles_monroe Yass.
I see evolving roadmaps as an ongoing conversation between creators and users.
Speech to Note
@india_lane Indeed, it has to be conversational. After all it's a way to communicate our ideas with our users.
Keeping my roadmap flexible has helped me tackle challenges more effectively.
Speech to Note
@_philip_barrett Fantastic Phil. What are you working on lately?
When I revisit my roadmap regularly, the product always improves.
Speech to Note
@_evelyn_marie Classic. What are you working on currrently?
Adjusting my roadmap along the way has often led to better results.
Speech to Note
@matthew_russell3 Indeed Matthew.
