Favorite pomodoro/focus apps?

Any fav pomodoro/focus macOS apps? Looking for something that: 1) includes background noise, focus music, or the ability to connect to Spotify, 2) includes the remaining time in the menubar, 3) has a global shortcut to start/stop it

Surprisingly Vimcal has this nicely integrated into their Calendar
