You launch a SaaS product and get a good initial response from the market(may be 3-5K ARR in just a week) . You immediately : 📌Invest a lot of money in ads 📌Hire professionals you think you need(but don't actually) 📌Celebrate too big with the small money in your account And before you know it, a lot of so-called customers ask for a refund and leave you. Instead of getting lost in the short term, play long-term. Here's what your next steps should be: 1️⃣ Having conversations with your current customers: Understand what they’re doing with your product, what they wish they had and how exactly they want to utilize your product for their every day needs. 2️⃣ Focusing on Retention( since it is more important than growth) The more satisfied your current customers become, the better product led growth you’ll have down the line I've a list of questions that you can ask your your current/future customers to get a clear picture about the potential for your product. Simply DM me with "Hey" and I will send it your way. If you found value form it, follow for more and share with others.
