We're using Ortto. It isn't perfect... but for B2C it was a better price point than something like Hubspot, and I find the support team really helpful and great to work with.

We are using CRM and Deals for Zendesk as it integrates with our Zendesk Support perfectly so we can manage sales and provide support from one place. We can create deals directly from tickets, add automations check statistics and many more.

I use my companies CRM system called JetCRM. It is based on an open-source Customer Relationship Management Suite CRM and powered by Sugar CRM. JetCRM can assist in streamlining sales, enhancing account management, project management, marketing processes, lead management, and other related areas. In addition, it offers additional features, including the MS Outlook JetCRM plugin and the Mobile JetCRM App. I also have used Vtiger CRM. It is an open-source CRM system that provides a broad range of features, including sales and marketing automation, help desk management, project and inventory management. However, Vtiger CRM does have a few downsides. For instance, its reporting capabilities are restricted. I share with you an JetSoftPro鈥檚 blog article where you can learn more about the custom and ready-made 小RM solutions, as well as a video that will help you choose the best solution for your business needs: https://jetsoftpro.com/blog/off-...

We use Pipedrive, I like that it has integrations we'll need in the future even if we don't use them now so we aren't tied into a clunky overly-robust CRM. The biggest selling point is for us is that it has customizable pipelines, plus customizable deals and projects.
