Do you know a good guide for building in public?

Hi everyone! I've started working on side projects for a year now, and I'm struggling a lot with the building in public part. Since I'm a freelancer doing a lot of client work, in my free time I always have to choose between marketing or building/developing my thing. It's really difficult to do these 3 things together :) Do you know any well-written guide on how to properly build in public? I found some content via Google, but really learned nothing new from them
