Hey PH community! 👋
What's your go-to tool for crafting those winning emails and managing your cold outreach strategy?
I recently stumbled upon Ava (https://www.producthunt.com/posts/ava-10) and hunted them on Product Hunt today.
Ava crafts Ideal Customer Profiles, targeting prospects from a massive 270M+ contact database, and seamlessly handling personalized outreach. It even schedules meetings directly into your calendar!
Would love to hear if you have tried Ava and what are some other tools you are using for cold email outreach? :)

Love the intro video. We're just using Apollo for lead gen on the free tier but we send the emails manually
Unofficial Product Hunt Chrome Plugin
How does Ava handle Gmail's recent stricter policy towards spam?

Hey Rohan, I haven't tried Ava yet but it sounds like a game-changer for scaling outreach efforts—I'll definitely check it out. My current go-to is Mailshake for its simplicity in setting up campaigns and tracking engagement.

Thanks for sharing this Rohan. Great help for founders having no salesreps yet!
Love the intro video. We're just using Instantly for lead gen on the free tier .
My favourite outreach method is still Linked In but that’s also because it’s a monopoly.
I hope to see more people on other platforms in a couple of years :)
Thanks for the advice, Rohan! I've gotten into the cold email hobby lately and have found that having a reliable email checker is critical to maintaining a clean and effective email list. Personally, I have used this email checker https://snov.io/email-verifier and it has helped me a lot in ensuring that my emails end up in the right inboxes. Their tool helps me avoid bounces and keeps my sender reputation intact. If you're serious about cold emailing, I highly recommend taking a closer look at this service. This has had a noticeable impact on my outreach campaigns. I hope this information is useful to you.
Just automating SDR/BDR is not a tech. Core issue in today's tech is to find organic leads not bot driven open/clicks
