Grammarly (Can't imagine living without it hah)
Lead Delta (I work with LinkedIn every day and it makes my life easier)
Summari (When creating content it helps me read through articles faster)
@luka_vasic I feel you with Grammarly.. An amazing Ukrainian company Im so proud of! And never heard of Lead Delta and Summari! Thanks a lot for sharing!😊🙏🏻
It's been said a lot, but mainly Grammarly and an Adblocker. Especially when spending so much time on the web, having a decent adblocker is very important nowadays. What are your favorites?
Impossible to get your workflow efficient without Grammarly, for sure. Also use tl;dv for screen recording, and lightshot for making screenshots :)
Guys, any other recommendations?
For effective workflow having these extensions is a must for me:
Grammarly - grammar mistakes and indicates the tone of writing
Summari - summarizes blogs or articles with clear bullet points
Todoist - so I have clear to do goals in my browser all the time
Lead Delta - for organizing contacts and managing my network on LinkedIn
Grammarly is probably the most practical one I use. Really good, lets me write efficiently. I also use Youcan - Language learning, which changes some of the words in the text, document, article, website, etc. to the language you want to learn. This is a really practical way of learning - you know the context and can imagine what the word means yourself and if not - Toucan gives you the meaning of it in English and even shows you the pronunciation. Another one I use is Weava highlighter - lets me mark any part of the text/article/website I think is useful for me (not to forget the most important stuff from what I've read/seen) and saves it for your next visits in the page.
Btw, we’re launching in late April or the start of May. Check out our upcoming PH page: www.producthunt.com/upcoming/eff...
Our project is called: Effecto. It’s an app for detailed health tracking. Pretty much for everything that is related to your physical or mental health and every daily factor that can affect you.
@kmelaika thank you very much for a detailed response! Appreciate it and yeah, I'm using Toucan - it's really helping me to learn Portuguese)!
Good luck with the launch 💪🏻 I've subscribed to get news on Effecto)
I can't live without:
- Grammarly (write better)
- Honey (save money)
- Heyday (boost memory) (note: I'm a biased founder!)
Each of these extensions is great because they:
1. Layer on top of your existing workflow, and don't require behavior change
2. Require little manual input
We launched Heyday (https://www.producthunt.com/post...) on PH recently and were lucky enough to get #1 product of the week.
The low effort, workflow enhancement seems to resonate with a lot of Chrome users.
@samdebrule never heard of Honey! Interesting🤓 I will have a look at the Heyday and let you know my feedback. Congrats on the successful launch!! Appreciate your reply🙏🏻
- Bubbles (a screen recorder, perfect when giving feedback)
- What font is? (great for designers)
- Screencapture (To grab inspiration for websites/webapps etc.)
I am into marketing so my extensions primarily help with my day to day job. Here is the list -
1. Tab Suspender
2. Grammarly
3. Open SEO Stats
4. VidIQ
5. Drift Screen recording
6. Keyword Everywhere
7. Streak for Gmail
8. Email Finder
As an SEO Specialist for Instant Logo Design, besides Grammarly, MOZ extension is probably one of the most helpful tool! I can easily see the DA, PA, and even the spam score without heading to premium (and expensive) SEO tools :)
- Dashlane - literally cannot function without it
- Grammarly - b/c who in marketing doesn't rely on this?
- Scribe - Yes I work there but hear me out :).
As a product marketer -- loved launching new products, hated creating documentation. Scribe automates this so you can focus on the fun parts of marketing and PMM :).
Ok reallll nerd vibes here but the AWS Switch Key Roles is a life saver when working with different environments
Otherwise the usual suspects, AdBlack, Grammarly, Calendly, Honey
Oo i love this question and chrome extensions
Some less obvious ones maybe:
1 - Amazon Assistant (for adding gifts to my wedding and now baby registry ;)
2- Pop-up blocker (ofc)
3 - MetaMask (crypto)
4 - Send to Kindle (to PDF articles and send to my kindle)
5- Scribe (okay more obvious, also I work there, but serious answer since I use it all the time to create step-by-step guides)
