Can you give me recommendations for a workation location for remote companies?

Question

In my opinion, a remote company should meet in person once a year for a few days. Creative things can be implemented well in a workation. I would like to draw up a list of possible workation locations. The locations should offer good opportunities to work together in a concentrated manner, but also to experience leisure activities.
