Building a Community Platform for Startups to Build Customer Communities

After spending about 18 years building various communities; I found that the existing community platforms do not address two core issues:
1. Organic user growth
2. User retention
To solve this, I began building a community platform I wish existed when I was building communities.
Right now, we are pre-launch and looking to onboard a few communities that want to build communities around their business.
As a pre-launch customer, you'll get life-long discounts along with one:one community building support for the first 6 months directly from the founders.
If you are looking to build a community, I'd like to talk to you. Comment below and we'll connect.

Hi @thebigk! I'm curious if you can share your ideal customer profile for the product. Are you interested in solo consultants, small business, startups?

@bensyverson My ideal customer profile are the marketing heads of Seed, Series A funded startups. They are the ones who have realised the value of communities and I don't have to spend time educating them about the benefits of building community.
But we do have customers who are solo consultants and startup. What's on your mind, Ben?
Hey Kaustubh, interesting idea! I am a community builder myself, and I have been working alongside community builders and leaders in Vietnam and Singapore on the brand side, personal side and agency side over the past few years.
Since you are focused on the customer communities, I am curious to know:
1. How do you intend to maintain and increase community engagement since now they have to use another platform? What does the member/user journey look like?
2. How do you store the customer data and ensure highest security?
3. What are the key features in the community?
If you are looking to start launching the product in APAC through community itself, we might have more stuff to explore and discuss. Excited to talk more, K!
Wow, 18 years of community building! Sounds like you’ve definitely got the street cred. Organic growth and retention are like the holy grail for any community. I'd love to see how your platform measures up—consider me intrigued! Maybe it'll be as game-changing as "Her Ideal Match" promises to be for the dating world. Let's chat!
@thestarkster It did. :-)
@thestarkster Thank you for your comment, although it looks like AI generated. let me know if you have community building question.
