I've been building communities for 15 years, and now I'm growing one from scratch for a SaaS company. One big challenge I've faced is using different platforms for different needs. For instance: - For customer support, we use chat and forums (like Crisp, Discourse, or Circle). - Sharing job posts and events means using another platform, like a job board. - Our blog needs its own space, whether it's on a paid or free platform like WordPress or Ghost. - We use a separate platform (like Canny) for software updates, changelogs, and user feedback. - For engaging our community with quizzes or AMAs, we need yet another service or platform. What do you think about having a single platform with a great user interface that brings all these elements together? Wouldn't it be easier and more cohesive? Let me know.
