Hey Everyone! I had a bit of a hack this weekend on a fun project - making an app to play quizzes with friends over Zoom. I've done quite a few games with friends over the last few weeks as we've been stuck inside. The scoring and answering was always a bit of a pain so I thought it might be fun to make an app to track everyone's answers and work out scores. I've also made a bunch of quiz templates so you can start a game straight away, or if you're feeling adventurous you can make your own template! Player answers and scores are shown in realtime, its pretty fun in the test runs I've done. Would love to get any feedback if anyone fancies giving it a go. I've released it completely for free for unlimited games and players :) The app is at https://RemoteQuiz.app

Hi makers! I'm building an app to manage DOMAIN NAMES (with more asset categories to come). It helps you answer important questions: 1. How much have I spent so far? 2. Am I making money? 3. How do I fare compared to others? Please check out the super early preview at https://s.id/axtiva-android-test and let me know what you think!

Hi everybody - this thread is great! I recently launched an MVP of my new iOS app PhoneTag. PhoneTag is a fun social app that gives you the ability to send disappearing audio messages to friends and family. Its basically a social distancing friendly version of tag: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ph... The app is targeted to anyone looking for a fun and easy way to connect to friends and family without the commitment of a full on conversation or the dead tone of a boring text message. Would love any and all feedback - its definitely a work in progress (haven't promoted it really at all) with the first big issue being that my welcome walkthrough sucks. Appreciate any and all feedback, thanks again! Evan

Hi @aaronoleary, I forgot that the deadline date was last night and submitted my product early this morning :/ Can I please be included? I've worked a lot on the product over the past two weeks and don't want it all to go to waste because I can't keep track of coronavirus dates :(

We all know that finding a right name for app or domain name is hard and time-consuming that's one of the reasons behind building DeepNamer. @deepnamer only suggests names that are available in selected TLDs (.com, .net, .io, .info, .co, .xyz, .org) that are available can be purchase with less than $10. https://www.producthunt.com/post... You just need to input your business description and our AI engine will try to brainstorm for you. The interesting part is that DeepNamer is inspired by the way startups name their business. We suggest you stop buying premium domains, start finding your premium domain. You can try finding one at https://DeepNamer.com. Let AI think for you. We love feedbacks, and looking forward to yours, or share with us if you find your name via DeepNamer. Cheers.

@54_icon Is this a website creator or sales funnel creator?
    Abhay Salvi
@54_icon I couldn't understand. Is this a website builder or a pop up builder? No matter how well your product is. If it isn't able to make users understand what it does then it will not generate leads... However the landing page is well designed.

Hey Makers, Hope you all are well and staying safe amidst these unique circumstances we find ourselves in. I'm Luis and I'm somewhat new to the Maker scene although I've been a PH lurker for quite some time. I came up with a contact-tracing and hygienics app concept earlier last month but had tabled it since there weren't any signals that contact-tracing would be adopted as a mitigation method - until the UK's NHS announcement last week. I had gotten as far as mapping out the app features, user flow and making some preliminary mock-ups, as well as crafting a quick pitch deck to send to interested parties: https://www.fourthfounder.com/fr.... At the moment the primary goals are to find a technical partner who sees the potential in the concept and raise funds for building and maintaining the app - the easiest things to do, ever! I know this post bends the guidelines quite a bit, but I am hoping that you'll give me a pass given the nature of the product/concept being shared. Time is of the essence here many have fallen behind with adopting all possible measures for containing the spread of this deadly virus. We all need to put the work in to get back to a new version of β€œnormal” β€” this app aims to help do that. Any and all critiques are welcome. Thanks for the time! Luis

Hello everyone here from UpStamps. First of all, this community is incredible. We are creating a product to make life easier for developers or companies when it comes to launching features in production. This new way to make life easier for developers comes in the term of Feature Flags A Feature flag is an interactive way to test features under development in production. Developers can quickly test certain features of your projects in real-time with their users. UpStamps offers a simple interface for creating flags with support for different plug-a-play SDKs for your projects. We are looking soon for beta users so we created this very simple page on MailChimp for those who want to have early access to test the product. https://upstamps.com/ Product status on Ship https://www.producthunt.com/upco... Give us your feedback, ideas, and support. Thank You!

Hi all! I'd love any feedback on our first version of this tool we made at Onerent.

I'll be quick. https://omoide.app is a new language learning / practicing platform that takes language acquisition back to its roots - through listening and speaking. Utilizing speech synthesis and speech recognition, you can use omoide to learn a variety of languages in your own time.

@brown339 interesting! Few things that i would like to mention: 1. The Study button - It is difficult to know that one needs to press this button to start studying. Maybe you can add a text to it to make it more intuitive? 2. In the Settings, probably you can change the "Side to use as prompt" to something more clearer. It is difficult to understand what they actually are meant to change the order of languages. Thanks!
    John Brown
@thekavisha Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, I knew the study button didn't read too well haha. There will be a good UI refresh soon enough. I'm trying for biweekly updates, so stay tuned, if you are a language learner. Again, much appreciated!

Just shipped a tool that makes your screenshots look good on social media. Would appreciate your feedback. https://www.producthunt.com/post...

@maxonwards Will look into it, if i can find it's API it will be very easy to add it. ;)

@usama_khalid upvoted and the tool looks cool, i think it'd be even better if you could tweet directly from the tool in addition than copy and paste into twitter

Last year I launched https://mybrandnewlogo.com , an automatic logo maker. One of its internal algorithms is a custom gradient generator. I've decided to make this a free standalone app for frontend developers to automatically generate CSS gradients and recently launched https://www.producthunt.com/post... The goal was to make gradients as easy as possible. I'm curious if this gradient generator is actually useful for CSS devs. I'd love to hear some feedback so I can improve on it.

Hey πŸ‘‹ I recently launched Todoo on Product Hunt - its a new way to manage daily tasks. I don't have the resources to test the app on a wide range on Android devices - resulting in some unexpected bugs. I would appreciate any advice on how to better test the functionality of the app on different devices. Also - if anyone is willing to try out the app - I would love the feedback. Cheers.

@dijkstrah_ i'm always on lookout for great to-do apps! curious what makes this better than Microsoft ToDo or Google Tasks? Also, have you used android emulator for all the different device testing?
    Hessel Dijkstra
@awt Todoo is an alternative to MTD & GT for people that only want to do one thing, manage daily tasks, and do it well. MTD & GT focuses on accomodating everyone - providing some features you don't need for daily tasks. Todoo helps a smaller subset of people - resulting in fewer, but essential-only features. That being said, Todoo is still a very basic MVP. I am planning to add more features that focus on daily tasks. Also yeah, I should probably check the emulators out.
