The most helpful advice we've received for this has been creating personas from the standpoint of answering their questions/needs/wants instead of by demographic. For example, you could define a persona by how much or little attention they need to receive in their customer journey. This can end up being more helpful than strictly defining your market by age, gender, race, etc.

Yes! Generally, I use a combination of Figma and Canva for my "design" needs. I find them both extremely easy to use to create everything from presentations to social media imagery.

I love Trello, but right now we are currently using a management software called Shortcut (app.shortcut.com). I actually really like Shortcut as well as it gets the job done and also integrates very well with Slack.

For an early-stage startup, I think it's vital for candidates to bring motivation and initiative.
