Will AI agents eliminate the need for developers?
No. Developers will be crucial in designing, training, and maintaining AI systems. The focus will shift from building CRUD applications to developing intelligent systems and managing AI pipelines. For startups, this means investing in AI/ML expertise early to stay ahead.

Is SaaS dead, or is this just hype?
It’s not dead—it’s evolving. The SaaS model isn’t disappearing; it’s transforming into AI-enhanced systems. Think of it like moving from traditional websites to dynamic apps—the core concept remains, but the execution changes.
Startups can seize this moment by embracing AI, focusing on user-centric solutions, and anticipating how their industry will change.

How do you measure the quality of software development?
I and my colleagues at JetSoftPro, a software development service, highlighted 7 key metrics:
1️⃣ Crash Rate: How often does your software fail? Keep it low to protect your users’ trust.
2️⃣ Defect Density: More defects = more headaches. Aim for clean, efficient code.
3️⃣ System Availability: Your software should work when users need it — period.
4️⃣ Code Churn Rate: Excessive changes can signal...

Do you write release notes?
Absolutely! Release notes are more than a changelog—they're a communication tool for users and a powerful ASO strategy. Well-crafted release notes can improve your app’s search rankings, reduce churn, and show users you’re actively improving.
The trick is balancing technical details with user benefits. For example, instead of saying, "Fixed bugs in iOS version," say, "Resolved iOS app crashes...

Obviously not in everything. But if we are talking about business automation, i.e. processes where it is necessary to make constantly repeated decisions, this is a real breakthrough. Employees no longer need to do the same thing, and errors in date processing become significantly less. Certain repetitive tasks, like data gathering, basic reporting, or generating standard requirement documents, can definitely be automated. This allows BAs to focus more on strategic activities like stakeholder management and refining business requirements.

AI automation! I don't mean a ChatGPT only. There are tools for analysis of user behavior or all customer data in general. Now marketers need to be more creative and still human to catch the users eyes.
Here is a great article about fresh marketing strategies. Highly recommend for inspiration and insights!

Absolutely, referral programs can be a game-changer! While they might not fit every SaaS model, many companies have found great success by incentivizing users to bring in friends. For instance, Dropbox grew rapidly by offering extra storage for both the referrer and the new user.

Sounds promising, but adding specifics could make it stronger! Think about integrating AI-powered testing suggestions (like Grammarly for grammar), improving test case writing, and predicting common failures. That would really stand out in test automation!

To make my pitch deck stand out in a competitive space, I always focus on these key strategies.
1) Strong Visuals & Clarity. Investors see tons of decks, so clean, visually engaging slides can grab attention. Use clear, bold visuals to tell your story, rather than text-heavy slides. Make sure your brand identity is reflected throughout the deck.
2) Compelling Narrative. Frame your pitch...

I may say a cliché, but the best strategy is to have a strategy.
That is, at least an approximate plan of where we are, where we want to go, and how exactly we will get there. It is very bad to take on everything at once, and social networks, and the site, and SEO, and influencers, and much more.
You need to determine which channels are most convenient for your audience and use them. Here's a...
