The hype will die down as people become more familiar with the technology and its limitations. Additionally, as the hype dies down, people will focus on the real-world impact and usage of AI

1. Its very difficult to screen applicants prior to interview, since resumes don't show enough information 2. When hiring for tech jobs, I prefer seeing applicant's projects 3. When there are a lot of applicants, its very difficult to filter all these applications 4. Its very difficult to compare applicants if there are a lot of them

Hi everyone! I was tired by the low quality of all the "free" resume builders out there. 1) They are not fit for tech jobs 2) They are never free: they either ask you to pay to save your resume or pay to remove watermarks We created a resume builder that allows you to create a nice resume, tailored for tech jobs. You can also use it to directly apply to multiple vacancies on our platform....

We have a "contact us" form on our site and we get all sorts of interesting messages and requests. When we just launched, our MVP was so bad, that one of our customers asked us if we needed his help to make our website work better
What was the most interesting customer request you had? 👀

Pen and paper! I tried all sorts of digital tools to keep track of time. However, I realized that the mere process of opening those applications took my attention away and lead to further distraction. Now I use a good old diary and pen to keep track of my time, write down my thoughts and plan things out
Which tools do you use to manage your work and analyze the time spent on tasks over the week?

I always used to read a lot of books on startups. However, now that I am working on a startup full-time, I mostly read non-fiction. It helps me to distract myself from all the work and shift my focus. Although it is helpful to learn about building a startup, it is also very important to let your mind relax and think about other things in life. This really helps me to prevent burnout)
