Edit: I was not easily able to find the account info, to cancel the account. No "Cancel Plan", "Change Plan", "Upgrade", "Manage Account" etc. The text is "Manage billing information".

I'd love to use intercom (awesome product) with our store, but the (astronomical if you have any amount of traffic) pricing doesn't make sense for ecommerce stores. We looked into using Intercom as a replacement to olark and frontapp, but the pricing ended up being >10x of the two. If you have a Saas product you should use it. If you're doing ecommerce, you should probably skip it until...
