Things have undoubtedly changed dramatically and it may be a case of some things coming with us when we go back to normal. For me it will be wearing a mask in winter, I hate the flu and I get it every single winter bar the previous one so if I can prevent it, I'm going to.

For me, it's the generic answers. If I'm using online chat on my University's Library page it gives me extremely generic answers which don't lead anywhere or help with the problem.

For years, and especially since the pandemic started, we've been basically living on Slack. What are the worst things about working on Slack for you, and how have you gotten around them? I created Truffle.bot to get around my least favorite thing: answering the same questions over and over.
