These folks have really delivered a great application. I took advantage of the free onboarding session and Simon was very helpful. I highly recommend trying this one out if you're using Airtable or Google Sheets.

I can't give advice but I can tell you what worked for me. I lost 20 pounds by: 1. Get a fitness tracker (mine is Apple Watch bc my wife bought it for me :) 2. I haven't tried enough to know which is the best, but I really like supporting ProtonMail, so I use their ProtonVPN. Of course I'm not carding bank sites or running phishing scams so I don't have a lot to lose if it turns out to be less private than advertised. For me really the number one use of my VPN is to try to put a wedge between various "worlds" of my life (basically as proxie plus).
