Hi everyone,
Today I'm finally launching lofi.co, my very first product, on ProductHunt. Bringing the idea to reality was an amazing and challenging journey, with the first challenge being managing all the talented people involved in this project: illustrators, animators, producers, labels, UI/UX designers and developers. About the platform, it's a web app that combines interactive animated artworks, lofi music and productivity tools into an experience I hope you will find relaxing and also unique, as that's the main goal of it: bring you calmness and peace, a way to relax or make activities such as studying or working a little bit less stressful.
In the near future, there will be new sets of illustrations with new ambient sounds (first one on the 30th), we will start adding music from a few different labels, and the night/day switch will be added to most of the illustrations.
I would love to hear your feedback on the platform and any advice is immensely appreciated, thank you for reading and I'll also be here to answer questions if you have any!
This is so convenient. I usually listen to Lofi streams on youtube while working and I like to have the visuals in the video resonate with my mood or weather. Sometimes its a struggle to find the right stream probably because I don't know the right keywords to search them by or they don't exist. This so so useful for people like me, whose productivity is driven by music/ambience. Great stuff Orazio. Kudos!
@shariq_shaikh I'm the same re having lofi music and visuals at the same time to match my mood/weather. So this is a god send for me. Been using it for the last 4 hours and been enjoying it. One request though @oan is if we could have a clock ticking as one of the background noises... Thats one of my fave background noises.
Zondag hadden ze music buiten gedraaid maar de sound system is niet goed voor, er waren weinig plekken waar je kon van de music genieten.
