Proprofs help desk customer support tool has made it easy for my agents to see who is working on what. No agent works on the same ticket; saving their time and efforts. Ultimately, tickets resolve faster.
Pros: Collaborative teamwork
Easy issue tracking
No lost tickets
Faster ticket resolution
Proper agent training & management
Cons: There is no mobile app of proprofs help desk.
