We've been using ProProfs Quiz Maker to assess our content and marketing team’s knowledge retention after each training session. I found the platform very easy to use. In fact, I could set it up and start creating quizzes in minutes without any help from support. I’m amazed at how customizable it is. In just a few clicks, I’m able to create quizzes for different departments and ensure training effectiveness. It saves us a ton of time while ensuring our team stays engaged and up to date on all strategy changes.
Proprofs help desk customer support tool has made it easy for my agents to see who is working on what. No agent works on the same ticket; saving their time and efforts. Ultimately, tickets resolve faster.
