As a QA tester on our own team, it's CRAZY how much this feature of our application has changed my day to day. I am able to easily communicate any problems I find to any member of the team without worry they are going to say it's not reproducible or they need more information about what happened. I now even just send over possible problems without feeling like i'm bothering our engineering team...
