Congratulations on the launch. We have been paying all models separately, this is a great tool as a replacement. And very affordable as well

i have tried to use it previously but i couldn’t find my way around. Is it something a non-tech person can use?

I'll approach more customers with the same set of questions and have a bigger base to get my answer of what majority thinks

I use it weekly, its mostly to analyse my customer's feedback and update progress at www.productlogz.com

Mostly I start with introducing myself and asking him/ her what he does and where are they from

Mostly its through organised customer feedback. We use productlogz to collate & track user feedback in one place. Priotizing we look into customer engagement & votes metrics and then do an impact vs effort analysis and then place it on our roadmap

I still haven’t got a chance to ise telegram extensively. Watsapp has become the default option
