I'm focusing on personalization (subject line, mentioning something about their business, etc), the email itself must be super-short (judging from myself, I don't read long email and I guess other people don't either).
And of course, email signature is a must-have, like always. Personally, I consider emails without email signatures to be spammy and well, most of the time they are.
What "rules" do you stick to when you do cold emailing/outreaching?

I tried my hand at a new jigsaw puzzle over the weekend. It was surprisingly challenging and really relaxing.
Did you try anything new over the weekend?

Here's what I believe worked for us:
* engaging with the community;
* preparing a solid launch plan;
* making sure our Product Hunt page was clear and visually appealing.
Once we launched, we stayed activeâresponding to comments and engaging with feedback.
So, I think that itâs all about preparation and being there for community.
What strategies did you implement for a successful launch on Product Hunt?

Right now, I'd focus on finalizing your launch day checklist and making sure you follow it meticulously. This will help you stay organized and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day. You've got this, Zhiqi!

I agree that influencer marketing will continue to grow, especially with the rise of micro-influencers and niche communities. However, I also see a big potential for AI-powered marketing tools to revolutionize the industry.

This has actually happened to us already! Canva and HubSpot both offer tools that directly overlap with what we do. It wasn't very comforting because theyâre giants in the industry with massive user bases. But weâre focusing on what makes us uniqueâwe provide advanced solutions, address gaps they donât cover; deliver more value to our users. Competing with big players is challenging, but itâs...

I'm obsessed with TikTok right now! It's a fun way to relax and discover new things. Plus, the algorithm is pretty good at recommending stuff I'll actually enjoy.

I think NoForm AI could be a valuable addition to your list. It's a chatbot tool that can automate customer service (it answers customer questions 24/7), generate leads (by automatically collecting emails and phone numbers during conversations), and provide insights.

AI tools are definitely changing the game. But while they'll automate a lot of tasks, skills like creativity, data analysis will become even more important. So, in my opinion, it's actually about using AI as a tool to enhance our work, not replace it.
As AI tools become more accessible, do you think the role of a marketer will shift?
