Let me be the first to answer: we used einpresswire (the cheapest one we found a year ago) and were super upset with the results: they automatically publish your press-release on their own webpage which is actually a trash bin of useless PR pieces, but during a year and around 10 releases pushed off, there were never any other mentions, generated through this tool.
