Hey Product Hunt! ๐
I'm Mark, one of the co-founders of MINE.
A few years ago we started MINE to save pictures of paper recipes that were pulled from magazines and old family recipe note cards.
๐ We realized that MINE could really be useful to save anything. So we rebuilt it and made it a tool that is for YOU only (no social feeds or ads) and allowed you to use it however you wanted, to save...

We've been working on ViViT as a really cool way to extract a friend from a video and then place them into another video or gif.
Once you take a video of a friend, ViViT will automatically extract the person and then you can place them into another video, adjust size, placement and rotation of the extracted person (which adds a whole new dimension of fun to the app).
We are currently...

My wife has been carrying around folders of recipes that she has accumulated over the years...torn out of magazines, scribbled on cards and printed out from the web. Some are old family recipes and others are brand new ones.
She wanted a real easy way to organize and use them rather than her mess of folders that she'd have to dig through every-time she wanted a recipe, so we built MINE....

What if a show like Game of Thrones or The Big Bang Theory wasnโt a show on a network, but rather an App?
What if your super fans could access great content well beyond the actual show. And you could have 1:1 relationships with them and make money?

We pioneered "film apps" back in the early days of the app store by helping indie film makers get their films on iTunes.
TV needs to evolve. The time has come for new distribution models, better economics for producers and show runners and better interactions and relationships with fans of the show. Read our Manifesto here: http://bit.ly/2Y7B1Oy

I wrote this a while back about services and how we need an API meta-layer: http://bit.ly/1rkEdoW.
As I see bots now, they're just apps without front ends. They're providing the same functions as apps. What would be better, and I'm sure we're on the way there, is that the bots (services) can work with each other and are, or can be, embedded in the OS. I don't want to have to fire up a bot to...

I'd though of this idea years ago when my kids were little and we often had a million legos everywhere. Why not have big ones that you could build actual houses with? Bravo to you for making this real!
